SPACE CAMP - Rockets, Robots, and Planes!

-Train to be an astronaut in our Challenger Learning Center. With hands-on and interactive activities, kids will learn about the life of an astronaut and the difficulties of working in space, while strengthening their cooperative working skills. These activities are done in preparation for their ultimate mission: a simulated space adventure. Kids will fly a mission to rendezvous with a comet, or land a futuristic spacecraft on Mars.
-Pilot up to 30 different planes on our flight simulators. In our NASA Aerospace Education Lab, kids will investigate the principles of flight and train as pilots on flight simulators.
-Build and program a Lego Mindstorms robot. With a seemingly limitless supply of legos, kids will construct robots to their own specifications while applying basic principles of engineering and the programing language, Mindstorms.
